The staff were very friendly and accommodating, meeting all our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for accessing the metro and nearby universities. The Chinese restaurant had delicious food at affordable prices. The breakfast spread at the Emerald restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The hotel also offered a free shuttle bus and registration counter for the Canton Fair, which was a bonus.
The mattress in the room was a bit hard and could use some attention. However, the attentive staff made up for this inconvenience, responding quickly to any requests or concerns.

Staff may not always have a good command of english but they would do their best to try to help me with my needs ; Overwhelming choice of excellent Dim Sum for breakfast (did not even try their continental buffet) ; Free wired internet ; pool ; great value for money
Looks like it's just accross the East Train Station on the map.. It actually is but you have to cross a 6 lines freeway to reach the hotel (people do it, it's probably not a good idea to try if you are not used to the chinese way of crossing roads). No overpass nor underpass near the hotel. The taxis drive to/from the station takes 10 minutes ; Their travel agency cannot make reservation for train tickets (but ok for air tickets)

The hotel is conveniently located near a major train station, allowing for easy transportation. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even fulfilling a request for a packed breakfast late at night. The food is delicious and the breakfast spread offers a good variety. The rooms are clean.
Could not be improved in any way.

great breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation. The gym is well-equipped and available for use 24/7, which is a plus.
the staff is not very friendly or helpful. Also, there was a strange smell in the lobby that carried over into the elevators and rooms. Generally speaking, this hotel lacks atmosphere and character.

This hotel is conveniently located near Guangzhou East Tian He railway station, making it easy to travel to any place using the subway train. the room and bathroom are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff provides pleasant and efficient service. the breakfast is decent and the fish food open buffet in the evening is excellent.
The hotel is unable to provide guests with a service to call for a cab, making transportation a bit more challenging.

I had a great experience staying at Guangdong Jiahong International. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle bus to Canton Fair. Despite some minor inconveniences, the spacious room and helpful concierge made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff doesn't understand English over the phone. Most times, I have to go down and explain what I wanted, more with body language than speaking. The small tv wasn't working very well either, the bottom part of the screen was flashing and a black part showing. The internet cable was broken and very hard to explain that to the people over the phone. The hotel is not what it shows on the website.
